About Our Client
Our client is a U.S.-based legal services organization providing professional services and immigration solutions. They’re seeking a CRM Analyst & Manager to oversee the management and optimization of LawRuler and MyCase CRM systems.
This role is key in ensuring smooth automation, data accuracy, and performance tracking within sales and marketing operations.
If you have experience in project management, marketing operations, or business process optimization—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Optimize CRM Systems with automate workflows and integrate lead data across CRM platforms, enhancing lead scoring and engagement tracking.
Enhance reporting expanding sales dashboards, automate KPI reporting, and use predictive analytics for better forecasting and decision-making.
Ensure compliance in order to develop automated compliance tracking and conduct regular CRM audits to maintain data integrity.
Support sales and marketing teams to optimize lead distribution, integrate CRM with marketing tools, and provide training and support to sales and marketing teams.
Improve data management to maintain accurate CRM records, create custom reports, and implement automations for client follow-ups and reminders.
Is This You?
Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written)
5+ years of CRM management experience, particularly with LawRuler and MyCase
Strong expertise in CRM automation, data workflows, and sales enablement
Experience with compliance tracking in a regulated legal environment
Proficient in API integrations, AI automation, and cloud-based CRM solutions
Skilled in analytics tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Looker
