Our client is a U.S.-based real estate company that helps large businesses find specific types of properties â often before theyâre listed for sale.
They work with clients in logistics, retail, infrastructure, and other industries that need land or buildings in key locations. The team identifies properties that match what the client needs, then reaches out to the owners with potential offers.
Youâll help by doing the research that powers this work.
đ What Youâll Do
Youâll support real estate projects by researching locations and gathering key data. Your job is to find properties that meet certain criteria, identify who owns them, and collect accurate contact information.
You will:
Use maps, satellite view, and public databases to find properties that meet client requirements
Review details like size, location, zoning, and use
Look up ownership information â individuals, LLCs, or other entities
Find reliable contact details using online search tools and records
Keep everything organized in shared files or tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable
Share your findings with the outreach team who will take the next step
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent, focused work with a clear process.
â What Weâre Looking For
You donât need experience in real estate â but you should enjoy research, be comfortable using digital tools, and take pride in getting the details right.
You might be a good fit if you:
- Youâre fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Youâre confident navigating public records, legal databases, and search tools
- Have experience doing research, admin work, or information sourcing
- Are comfortable using Google Maps and spreadsheets
