- Call Center Background: Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment preferred.
- Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in analyzing sales data and improving lead conversion metrics.
- Spanish Speaker: Spanish fluency is required for team and client communication. Leadership at Scale: Comfortable managing approximately 200 sales professionals
