This is a stable, profitable company run by two sharp, hands-on founders. They move fast, value clarity, and rely on strong systems to keep things running smoothly. Youâll be working directly with them to support the day-to-day work that keeps deals moving.
Your Role
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, enjoys organizing information, and likes helping others stay on track. Youâll take ownership of keeping the sales process clean, up to date, and efficientâso the founders can focus on selling, not chasing updates.
Youâll:
- Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Track sales leads and keep the pipeline organized
- Make sure follow-ups happen on time and nothing falls through the cracks
- Draft and send client emails, meeting invites, and prep notes
- Help build and update proposals, templates, and other sales docs
- Create simple reports on conversion rates and pipeline performance
- Support with admin tasks like travel booking or research when needed
- Use tools like Airtable, Slack, or Zapier to improve workflow
You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Support, Executive Assistant, or Operations role
- Hands-on experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- A proactive mindsetâyou stay ahead of what needs to happen next
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort using no-code tools like Airtable, Zapier, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities
