🏢 About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to keep creative work on track and teams aligned for a U.S.-based ecommerce marketing agency. You’ll manage timelines, support cross-functional teams, and make sure the right people are doing the right things — at the right time.

This role is ideal for someone who loves moving pieces, keeping communication clear, and helping creative professionals do their best work.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Manage 6–10 active client accounts at once
  
  

• Track tasks and deliverables in tools like Notion, Slack, and Klaviyo
  
  

• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and email implementers
  
  

• Keep project timelines moving and adjust plans when needed
  
  

• Spot blockers early and problem-solve fast
  
  

• Keep communication clear, organized, and proactive

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of project management experience (agency preferred)
  
  

• Experience supporting creative and marketing teams
  
  

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-obsessed
  
  

• Fluent in English — written and spoken
  
  

• Strong communicator with a knack for clarity
  
  

• Based in Latin America (preferred for time zone alignment)
