What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Sales Leader: 10+ years in sales, with a strong background in leading and scaling large teams (100+ people).
- Call Center Background: Experience in high-volume sales or call center environments preferred.
- Performance-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing daily KPIs, managing sales pipelines, and using insights to make informed decisions.
- Spanish Fluency: Spanish is required for team communication, coaching, and client interaction.
- Leadership at Scale: Ready to lead and inspire a team of 200+ sales professionals across dynamic markets.
