To support that growth, theyâre looking for a skilled Sales Setter who loves connecting with people, building trust, and helping qualified leads take the next step toward better health.
Your Role:
As a Sales Setter, youâll be the first real human contact for many of our leads. These are people who are already interested, youâre not cold calling. Your job is to welcome them, qualify them, and book the next step in their journey.
Youâll engage leads via short video calls, email, and SMS. Youâll answer their questions, guide them toward clarity, and ensure no good lead slips through the cracks. Youâll need to be professional, organized, and confident on camera.
Youâll:

Conduct short video calls with warm leads to understand their needs

Qualify leads based on specific criteria

Book follow-up consultations with sales or program leads
â
Communicate with leads via email, text, and CRM tools
â
Track lead progress and update statuses in the CRM
â
Follow up consistently with unbooked leads or those needing more info
â
Work closely with the sales team to improve the lead journey
You Bring:
âš 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or a client-facing role
âš Excellent Englishâboth spoken and written
âš Confidence on camera and on calls (light accent preferred for U.S. audiences)
âš Strong organization and consistent follow-through
âš Based in LATAM, with some U.S. timezone availability
âš Tech-savvyâcomfortable with CRMs, scheduling tools, and messaging apps
âš A warm, professional, and proactive approach to helping people take action
