Now, they’re expanding their virtual care team and looking for an experienced, compassionate Health Coach to help members reach their wellness goals. This is a full-time remote role.

Your Role:

As an Online Health Coach, you’ll be the go-to guide for members looking to improve their health through lifestyle changes. You’ll support them via chat and digital tools, offering expert guidance around fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and habit-building. You’ll meet people where they are and help them move toward where they want to be, with accountability, motivation, and science-backed advice.

You’ll:

✅ Respond to client questions via chat, email, or platform messaging
✅ Provide evidence-based advice on diet, exercise, sleep, and daily habits
✅ Help members set and stick to realistic health goals
✅ Offer ongoing motivation, support, and encouragement
✅ Escalate medical concerns to licensed professionals as needed
✅ Stay on top of health trends and coaching best practices
✅ Log interactions to keep care consistent and track progress

You Bring:

✨ 5+ years of experience in health coaching or a related wellness field

✨ Certification from a recognized health coaching program (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, IIN)

✨ Strong written English — clear, compassionate & professional

✨ Empathy and people skills — you build trust even over text

✨ Tech comfort — chat platforms, client management tools, digital docs

✨ Ability to juggle multiple chats without losing your cool

✨ Bonus: Bilingual skills are a plus!
