Our client is a profitable, founder-led U.S. startup transforming how apartment residents access everyday essentials. With 25+ team members and operations across multiple states, theyâre scaling a network of 24/7 self-service markets inside luxury residential buildings â blending family-business values with startup innovation.
Your Role
Youâll serve as the operational backbone and trusted assistant to two founders, ensuring their time, tasks, and communication flow smoothly. This role blends executive support, project coordination, and personal assistance â ideal for someone who thrives on variety and precision.
Youâll:
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day priorities
- Maintain a personal CRM and strengthen key relationships
- Send thoughtful gifts for birthdays, holidays, and milestones
- Conduct product, vendor, and travel research
- Prepare and redesign presentations and documents
- Coordinate travel, lodging, and dining reservations
- Track goals and serve as an accountability partner
- Support ongoing projects that keep founders focused and efficient

- Tech-savvy, comfortable with productivity tools and systems
- Reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+) and a quiet home workspace
