Your Role
As People Operations Coordinator, you’ll own the recurring processes that make onboarding seamless, compliance reliable, and employee communications consistent. You’ll collaborate across recruiting, finance, and management, reporting directly to the People Ops Manager. Success means accuracy, timeliness, and steady improvements that reduce rework over time.
You’ll:
Prepare I-9s, update ADP, and track onboarding checklists
Send first-week communications and run background checks
Keep the employee portal, surveys, and newsletters current
Coordinate anniversaries, gifts, and recognition programs
Schedule candidate interviews and support recruiting logistics
Assist with performance reviews, engagement surveys, and W-2 cycles
Improve templates, trackers, and processes for clarity and reliability
You Bring:
2–3 years in HR, People Ops, or admin coordination
Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP strongly preferred)
Strong organizational skills and accuracy with sensitive data
Ability to manage recurring cycles while handling ad-hoc tasks
Clear written communication and proactive updates
Sound judgment on when to escalate vs. act independently
Bonus Points:
Experience with payroll, compliance, or offboarding processes
Comfort working across Google Workspace, Sites, Forms, and Klaviyo
Interest in growing toward HR generalist or People Ops manager
What’s Offered:
Fully remote, ~40 hrs/week contractor role
~$18,000–24,000 USD/year, paid monthly
