📝 About the Role
You’ll serve as the primary relationship owner for ~25–30 clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate delivery, and proactive account health. Success means clear coordination across internal teams and visible client satisfaction that leads to retention and renewals.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to emails and requests within 24 hours
- Lead regular client meetings and share campaign insights
- Translate goals into clear tasks for internal specialists
- Review and proof deliverables before sending to clients
- Track client budgets and report performance monthly and identify risks and opportunities for account growth
- Keep Asana and reporting tools up to date and visible
✅ What we’re looking for
- 3–5 years of agency account management experience
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and websites
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to manage 20+ concurrent clients or projects
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and follow-through
- Confidence presenting to decision-makers and guiding next steps
- Collaborative energy with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally
🌟 Bonus Points
- Experience in multifamily or property marketing
- Hands-on use of WordPress or Sprout Social
- Comfort with analytics dashboards (e.g., Agency Analytics)
- Prior U.S. agency experience
