With more than 20,000 active users and 100M+ inspection photos processed, the platform helps customers—from single landlords to large firms—save time and reduce stress with mobile inspections, automated reports, and AI-powered tools. The team of ~20 people is fully distributed and focused on steady growth and long-term value.
Your Role
You’ll manage the brand’s social and content output end-to-end. Your work will help prospects quickly understand what the product does, why it matters, and how real users rely on it. You’ll turn product updates, user stories, and integrations into clear content that grows awareness and drives demo interest.
You’ll:
- Build and run a content calendar tied to product releases and updates
- Create simple graphics and thumbnails in Canva or Figma

Produce short-form content for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed)
- Repurpose content for different channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, blog, and email)
- Turn user stories and feature launches into clear, relatable content.
- Keep messaging consistent across all public channels
- Review performance stats to spot what resonates with the audience.
- Maintain an active presence that reflects trust and competence.
You Bring:
- Experience creating short-form social content (videos, posts, or reels)
- Hands-on use of Meta platforms for publishing or creating content

Experience contributing to or managing a basic content calendar

Experience posting content to at least two of these: Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, blog CMS, Mailchimp
- Curiosity about SaaS, property tech, or AI tools for creative work.

Some practice checking built-in platform stats (views, reach, watch time, clicks)
- Reliable follow-through shown in previous work, projects, or responsibilities
- Experience creating short-form social content (videos, posts, or reels)
Bonus Points:
- Experience turning conversations (customers or teammates) into content

Experience structuring blog posts (headings, clarity, basic SEO)

Familiarity with built-in stats on Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, or Mailchimp
- Exposure to property management, inspections, or SaaS tools

$10–17 USD per hour (~$2,000–3,000/month),
