We’re hiring a top-tier Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s right hand — fully embedded in how the executive operates day to day across multiple countries and time zones.

This is not a support role.

This is an operator position for someone who has already performed at this level — as the sole Executive Assistant to a high-intensity CEO or founder — with full ownership over calendar, inbox, communications, and complex global logistics.

You will take full ownership of the CEO’s world — ensuring priorities are clear, time is protected, and execution runs seamlessly across stakeholders, systems, and time zones.

Your Role

This role is designed for someone who is already operating at a high level — not someone growing into it.

You will function as a force multiplier, working at speed, exercising judgment independently, and partnering closely with AI systems to optimize how the CEO operates.

You’ll:

• Own and operate the CEO’s calendar and inbox with full autonomy

• Act as a gatekeeper and decision-maker on priorities and communications

• Draft and send high-stakes communications on behalf of the CEO

• Coordinate high-volume, constantly shifting scheduling across time zones

• Plan and execute complex international travel

  • Multi-country, multi-person, with precision and contingency planning

• Prepare executive briefings, research, and summaries ahead of key decisions

• Build and maintain high-leverage systems in Notion

• Use AI tools to augment decision-making, automate workflows, and synthesize information

• Track and drive follow-ups, commitments, and priorities across all channels

• Continuously identify and implement operational improvements

You Bring:

• Proven experience as the sole EA to a CEO or founder

  • Full ownership of calendar, inbox, travel, and communications

• Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment

  • You are comfortable operating in fast, ambiguous, high-pressure settings

• Advanced Notion expertise

  • Not just familiarity — you use it as a core operating system

• Strong AI fluency

  • You integrate AI into workflows for research, synthesis, automation, and execution

• Demonstrated experience managing complex international travel logistics

  • Multi-country, multi-person coordination at scale

• Near-native or C2-level English

  • You can communicate on behalf of a CEO with clarity and precision in high-stakes contexts
