About the Role
Imagine this: You find a software engineer's LinkedIn profile. They haven't updated it in 2 years, but something about their project history catches your eye. You dig deeper—GitHub repos, a blog post from 20265, a conference talk. You piece together their story and craft a message that makes them think "how did they know I'd be interested in this?"
That's the job.
We're hiring someone to help us find exceptional tech professionals who aren't actively job searching. You'll research candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, craft personalized outreach messages, and start conversations that lead to career opportunities.
This is a part-time role (20-30 hours/week) based in Latin America, working afternoons to align with Pacific Time. You'll use AI tools to scale your work, but your judgment determines who to contact and what to say.
No recruiting experience required—we'll train you. We're looking for someone naturally curious, who writes well, and gets excited about technology.
About Atomic HR
You'll join our internal recruitment team directly, working alongside experienced recruiters who will mentor you. We connect tech talent in LATAM and Canada with remote opportunities at innovative startups using AI and modern recruiting techniques.
What You'll Do
Research tech professionals on LinkedIn—check their portfolios, read their articles, and understand what motivates them
Write personalized messages that show you actually understand their work (no generic templates)
Manage conversations with interested candidates via email and LinkedIn
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to generate message ideas, then test what works best
Find contact information when candidates aren't active on LinkedIn
Track your outreach, analyze what's working, and continuously improve your approach
Requirements
Your background can be anything—we're looking for specific traits and ways of thinking.
You're probably a great fit if:
You've ever Googled someone before meeting them (we all have)
You enjoy crafting the perfect message—testing different angles until something clicks
You see patterns others miss when looking at information
Getting ghosted doesn't discourage you—it makes you try a different approach
You get a little thrill when someone finally replies
Tech and AI tools excite you, not intimidate you
You're naturally curious about people's stories and career paths
You can write clearly in English (you'll message U.S. tech professionals)
You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out
Nice to Have
A background in marketing, communications, or customer service.
Experience with writing, editing, or creating materials (even for school or personal projects).
Interest in startups and technology.
Familiarity with AI tools (Notion, ChatGPT, Claude) or automation platforms
Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, databases, or advanced Google searches
