Company Overview
Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first performance marketing agency helping creators, personal brands, and eCommerce companies scale through paid acquisition.
In just a few years, they’ve grown into a 20-person global team — doubling in size over the last year — and partner with category-leading brands including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Shetty, MDHair, beehiiv, and The Points Guy.
Their philosophy is simple: creative drives performance. Everything they do is built around developing high-impact ad creative that translates into measurable revenue — not vanity metrics.
About the Role
They’re looking for a Growth Creative Strategist to own the thinking behind high-performing campaigns.
This is a creative-first, performance-driven role where you’ll define what to say, how to say it, and why it will convert — then use data to refine and scale what works.
You’ll work closely with media buyers and clients, but your core responsibility is turning insights into winning creative concepts.
Your Role
Deeply research audiences through Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening

Develop clear personas and high-converting creative angles
Write hooks, scripts, and direct-response copy for paid ads
Lead creative direction across UGC, video ads, and static formats
Translate strategy into clear briefs for editors and creators
Partner with media buyers to align creative with campaign execution
Analyze performance (CTR, CVR, CPA, etc.) to identify what’s working
Turn data into insights and iterate on creative concepts quickly
Contribute to testing roadmaps and creative experimentation
Lead client conversations around creative performance and strategy
Keep documentation, ideas, and testing frameworks organized
