Overview
Our client is a fast-growing, U.S.-based education company helping students transition into high-demand healthcare careers through a structured MRI training program.
Their program combines online learning with hands-on clinical experience, enabling students â many with no prior healthcare background â to become certified MRI technologists and launch new careers.
As demand continues to grow, they are expanding their admissions team.
Weâre hiring a top-performing Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through one of the most important decisions of their lives â transitioning into a new career.
This is a consultative, high-touch role â part career advisor, part closer â and weâre looking for top 1% sales talent in the early-to-mid career range.
Your Role

You will own your pipeline end-to-end and play a key role in helping students take the next step in their careers.

Conduct consultative calls with inbound candidates
Understand background, motivations, and career goals
Evaluate candidate fit for the program through structured conversations
Clearly communicate the program structure, expectations, and outcomes
Guide candidates through the full enrollment journey
Support candidates through a high-ticket, career-changing decision
Handle questions and objections with clarity and empathy
Follow up consistently to move candidates forward
Maintain accurate tracking in CRM systems
Continuously refine your approach to improve conversion

Experience guiding people through important or complex decisions
Excellent spoken English (C1âC2) with confidence leading calls
A naturally empathetic, personable, and confident communication style
