Our client is a fast-growing, remote performance marketing agency focused on helping creator brands and eCommerce companies scale through paid acquisition.
They believe performance is creative-driven â meaning strong media buyers donât just manage campaigns, they understand why certain ads work, how audiences respond, and how to turn insights into better performance over time.
The team is distributed across the U.S., LATAM, South Africa, Morocco, and the U.K., and works with high-growth brands across Meta and other paid channels.
Your Role
This is a hands-on media buying role for someone who genuinely enjoys being inside ad accounts.
Youâll be responsible for launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns â primarily across Meta â while working closely with creatives and leadership to improve performance across multiple brands.

This is not a passive âwatch dashboardsâ role. We want someone who takes ownership and actively drives results.
What Youâll Do
Media Buying & Optimization
Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta platforms
Manage budgets, pacing, targeting, testing structures, and scaling
Monitor account performance and troubleshoot issues quickly
Identify optimization opportunities and performance trends
Creative Performance Analysis
Analyze which creatives, hooks, angles, and offers are driving results
Collaborate with creative teams by sharing performance insights and recommendations
Help identify new testing opportunities and creative iterations
Strategy & Communication
Read and interpret key metrics (CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
Turn performance data into actionable next steps
Collaborate with internal teams and communicate clearly around performance and priorities
What You Bring
Hands-on Meta media buying experience
Experience scaling eCommerce and/or creator-led brands
Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics
Ability to optimize campaigns independently
Strong communication and organization skills
Comfort working in fast-paced remote environments
High ownership mentality
Bonus Points
Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads
Experience working in agencies
Familiarity with creative testing structures
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
