In this role, you'll own project planning, process, and delivery across the agency — guiding client work from conception to completion, on time and within budget, across every service line.
Your Role
As Senior Project Manager, you'll own project delivery end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and process — across projects of all sizes and all service lines. This is a role for someone who brings a clear point of view on how work should run, not someone who waits to be told. You'll partner closely with finance to understand project profitability, and with department leads to ensure the right people are staffed on the right work at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent projects to ensure they're completed on time and within budget
Build, document, and continuously improve project management systems and processes across Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO, and more
Own project budgets and partner directly with the finance team to analyze project and client profitability
Own resource and capacity planning across multiple concurrent projects and teams, identifying staffing gaps or bottlenecks before they become delivery risks
Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans aligned to client needs and internal capacity
Train teams on processes and drive adoption
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring smooth handoffs and keeping project teams focused on the end goal
Communicate project status clearly and proactively to stakeholders
Stay closely aware of company goals and strategy, bringing forward recommendations that connect project execution to agency-level outcomes
You Bring
10+ years of experience in project management, with a track record well beyond standard PM execution
5+ years in an agency setting, ideally across multiple service lines (Creative, Web, Paid Media, SEO)
Demonstrated experience building or overhauling PM systems and processes — not just operating within an existing one
Strong financial acumen, comfortable analyzing budgets, margins, and project profitability alongside a finance team
Experience with resource and capacity management across multiple concurrent projects
A clear point of view on how project work should be run, with the confidence to advocate for it
Asana experience required
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and AI tools for productivity
Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms and version control tools
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Bonus Points
Experience managing PM systems specifically for higher education, nonprofit, or healthcare clients
Prior experience formally training teams on PM methodology
Experience presenting financial or project performance data directly to leadership
Background that spans both the PM and finance/ops side of an agency
