As a Paid Search & Social Specialist, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values curiosity, experimentation, and results. This is your chance to develop your skills in paid media while working on campaigns that deliver real impact.
What You’ll Do:
As part of the paid media team, you’ll help set up and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll also analyze data, adjust strategies, and learn how to create campaigns that exceed client expectations.
- Being trained and mentored by top specialists to hone your craft.
- Get the best possible paid search and social media advertising results for our clients, delivering campaigns that generate higher ROI with low cost per conversion.
- Evaluating website traffic and paid accounts to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team of SEOs, writers, designers, and developers on new experiments, client work, and more.
- Implementing account/campaign audits & manually adjusting campaigns daily.
- Conducting client calls to gather information and present SEM and Social strategies and results.
- Utilizing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc in conjunction with other paid search and social tools to analyze sets of data for campaign improvements.
- Budget pacing to allocate a consistent rate of spending throughout the month without going outside the monthly budget.
- Managing monthly reimbursement processes, including gathering materials, submitting claims.
- Generating reports from Google Ads & Meta (keyword reports, Meta reporting, current ad images) for submission.
- Utilizing photo editing tools to create website display ad mockups.
- Communicating with OEM support representatives and clients to ensure claim acceptance.
- Reviewing, researching, and keeping up to date with OEM reimbursement requirements.
You Bring:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
- Previous experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, performance-driven environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in industries like automotive, e-commerce, retail, or car rental, where running data-driven campaigns and attracting customers is a key focus.
- Previous work in a marketing agency, managing campaigns for multiple clients and brands at the same time.
- Knowledge of the US market, including how to tailor campaigns to US audiences and advertising platforms.
- Experience combining paid media with SEO to improve overall campaign performance.
- Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center.

- Competitive pay: $70,000-85000 CAD based on experience.
